Ingredients for 1 portion.:

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • fresh parsley
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 egg
  • 4 small pickles
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Boil the egg in 10 minutes. Rinse it and let it cool down. Peel the onion and trim and fine slice the onion. Chop the parsley and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Cut the pickles into half round small blocks, do the same for the egg.

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. Add some salt and pepper based on your own preference.
