How to make a perfect Sunday breakfast?! Make some fresh juice and these scrambled eggs!! Super easy and nice!
Ingredients for 2 pers.:
- 100 gr grated cheese (Emmental)
- Fresh parsley
- 4 brown leaves of bread
- A sip of milk
- salt and pepper
- powdered paprika
How to prepare it:
Put the eggs in a mixing bowl and stir well. Add a bit of salt, pepper and powdered paprika. Add the milk and most of the cheese as well and stir again. Make sure to keep a bit of the cheese aside for the finishing touch.
Toast the bread in the oven or in a toaster. Chop the parsley.
Put a frying pan on the stove, add a bit of butter and let the butter melt. Once the butter is melted you can add the egg mixture. Let the egg bake for a small minute and start stirring. I prefer to use a wooden spoon for this. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes or until you see the egg color brownish. Divide the eggs over your plates, add 2 toasts a person and finish off with a bit of cheese and parsley on top.
