Delicious ceviche from fresh sea bass ceviche served fresh mango marinated with fresh ginger, lime and orange juice.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 1 mango
  • 1 red pepper
  • fresh ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 1 red onion
  • fresh basil

How to prepare it:

Squeeze out the orange and lime. Put these in a mixing bowl. Cut a piece of the ginger and peel it. Grate the ginger with the orange and lime juice. Cut the red pepper into thin slices and add it to the juice, stir well. Cut the sea bass fillet into thin slices. Place in a flat bowl. Pour the juice (keep 3 tablespoons separate) over the fish and leave to sod for at least 3 hours.

Cut the red pepper into very thin slices and add it to the remaining juice. Let alone for decoration.

Cut the mango into small pieces for 5 minutes before preparing. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on a plate. Divide the mango between the fish and add some retracted onion. Add some fresh basil.
