Delicious lobster stock that you can utilize as a base for for example; lobster soup, a fish soup or a lobster sauce with a nice piece of fish. Making the stock is easy, only emptying the lobster is a bit of work but for the rest you can just read a good book whilst the stock is simmering. Tip: divide in several portions and place them in the freezer so you can enjoy your work in several batches.

Smooth, surprisingly tasty soup! The celeriac makes the soup very smooth and soft but the truffled mushrooms and the parsley oil provide a surprising nice flavour to it.
Whilst I was creating the soup I decided that it didn't need cream as it was smooth enough, so you will see it on the picture but I never added it, everything to create the best recipe :). Further I would advice to go easy on the bouillon and potentially just add 1 liter of bouillon and 1 liter of water to make the soup not too salty. Enjoy this delicious curry soup!
Delicious leek soup with fried and seasoned shrimps as a small surprise. :) The leek soup is smooth and a bit creamy but nice and thin with shrimps added for a small bite. The shrimp really fits well with the smooth leek taste.
