Portobello filled with spicy minced meat, spinach and ricotta!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 portobellos
  • 200 g spinach
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 50 g ricotta
  • 1/2 red chili pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • pine nuts

How to prepare it:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Clean the portobellos, remove the stalks and the seed lists.

Cut the red chili pepper over half and remove the seeds. Finely chop the red chili pepper. Peel the garlic and cut it about half. Remove the root. Finely chop the spinach.

Put a frying pan on the heat. Add the minced meat, add the red pepper and squeeze out the garlic. After 5 minutes, add the spinach and let it dwindle. Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Place the portobellos in a greased baking dish. Fill them with the chopped spinach mixture. Put a little ricotta over it and sprinkle some pine nuts on top.

Put the portobellos in the oven for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
