The best part of stews is that you can enjoy a drink with your guests and don't have to be up and running around in your kitchen as the food is cooking itself!
Typical French stew under the Comfort Food category! It's not hard to make, yes, it does require a bit of attention but it is not difficult. And when you are making this, just remember it needs to simmer for an hour, so it does take a bit of time. But that is definitely worth it!
