More comfort food! Lovely, tasty caramel sauce for over your desserts! You can make the sauce and keep it in a closed jar so that you can use it at a later stage, you can keep it for quite some time. It stays nice and smooth but doesn't hard out so you can use it even without re-heating it.
Sweet, warm bananas, vanilla ice-cream and warm home-made caramel sauce........Finger-licking good! I just love caramel, it's one of my secret sins. I'm not a huge fan of desserts but anything with caramel I will take! Making caramel sauce yourself is kind of difficult because you have to be really patient but it is worth the effort!
Caramel....my guilty pleasure! Desserts are (as you know by now) not my favorite type of dish but whenever there is something called caramel on the menu I am in!
