I love making bruchetta's. It costs a bit of time but if you are making them anyway you can better make a couple of different versions. This one is really easy with a smooth avocado paste and some sun-dried tomatoes.

You can prep this starter the way I did (as a starter) or as a regular bruchetta. Serving it with other bruchettas. I prepped this bruchetta just a bit different as the other ones by grilling all of the ingredients together but of course you can also use your oven for the grilling. I love the freshness and pure taste of the ingredients in this dish.
