Lovely, slightly spicy vegetarian curry with spinach and eggs. Perfectly served with rice.
In the Netherlands the summer has started somewhere in April - May, we have been very lucky with long summer evenings and a lot of sunshine already. Personally, when the weather is really good I preferably do not eat heavy meals but just a pasta, salad or some tapas is good enough. This is a really nice and freshly tasting potato salad that is richly filled with bacon, tomatoes and much more, so a great meal for a long summer night!
Poaching eggs.... it has been the challenge of my cooking life! I have been struggling so much and using all different tactics, but now I finally found one that worked for me. Wrapping the eggs into a bit of cooking foil!!! It's a bit of practice to find out how hard the water should boil and how long to keep the eggs in but after you found this out! It will work every time! Enjoy cooking and brunching this Easter! Happy Easter!!
Tasty homemade spinach soup with a fancy way of dressing it up. :) Also the addition of eggs and smoked salmon makes this dish a little bit more special. If you want to make a vegetarian dish, you can just leave out the salmon.
Super easy and delicious curry with salmon and lots of veggies!
Easy homemade chicken curry! Yes, a lot of ingredients but still easy and quick to fix. Personally I do not like coconut, so I use cooking cream instead of coconut milk for my curry's. I love the tomatoes in this curry, they give a nice touch to both the flavour as well as the looks of the dish!
It has been a long time ago that we ate this golden oldie dish but recently I somehow got into the mood and I was not disappointed. Yes, it's not really easy to make but if you follow all the steps, it is not too hard either. And it is really nice, a bit sweet due to the carrot but savory due to the bacon, spicy cheese and the mustard. I really liked it.
How to make a perfect Sunday breakfast?! Make some fresh juice and these scrambled eggs!! Super easy and nice!
My personal favorite! Eggs filled with a creamy egg spread with curry and small shrimps. A real Easter dish, I could just eat it every weekend.
