Quick curry with chicken
Easy homemade chicken curry! Yes, a lot of ingredients but still easy and quick to fix. Personally I do not like coconut, so I use cooking cream instead of coconut milk for my curry's. I love the tomatoes in this curry, they give a nice touch to both the flavour as well as the looks of the dish!

Soufflé with bacon and carrot
It has been a long time ago that we ate this golden oldie dish but recently I somehow got into the mood and I was not disappointed. Yes, it's not really easy to make but if you follow all the steps, it is not too hard either. And it is really nice, a bit sweet due to the carrot but savory due to the bacon, spicy cheese and the mustard. I really liked it.

Creamy egg spread
Home made egg spread with a twist. I enjoy the taste of powdered pepper in my egg spread, it just spices things up a bit but stays close to the traditional egg spread. I'm also adding parsley instead of chives because I think the taste fits better and is less sour.

Salad the Dutch way
Salad the Dutch way, what is that exactly? Well, not 100% sure but to my knowledge, salad with lettuce, tomatoes and eggs. Very easy but also very tasty. I’ve added the shrimps, just because I like them.
