Tzatziki
Personally, I prefer a fresh twist with a little mint. Mint gives a refreshing and unexpected flavor to the tzatziki.

Frozen yogurt with summer fruit
Even though I’m not a huge fan of desserts, I’m a huge ice cream fan! The ice cream below is nice and fresh after a heavy meal and it’s really easy to make! It’s a great tip if you are just not really into desserts and don’t know what to make to impress on your guests.

Feta-dips
Last ‘summer’ we spent our summer holidays in Crete. Our summer was planned for the last two weeks of October, so unfortunately it wasn’t really summer anymore but we really enjoyed the island. It’s a beautiful island, we did some amazing hikes and really enjoyed the atmosphere and culture.
