Salad with some surprising flavours. Most important; use a tasty extra vierge olive oil as this matches really well with the burrata and the beetroot is giving a very sweet addition to it. Not many ingredients but it's a great fit!
Lovely salad with a shortly grilled piece of fresh tuna. The almost sweet taste of the dressing is a perfect balance with the tuna and with that the salad gets a bit of an Asian touch.
