Mascarpone

A fresh, semi-sweet and home made dessert. I'm not a huge fan of really sweet desserts therefore I really like this one. It's got the softness of the mascarpone, a bit of sweetening from the honey and a fresh addition from the mint. And the fresh figs complete the picture. Enjoy
