Lately, I've become a huge fan of open lasagna's, they are easy to make, delicious, very variable and they look like a party! This version is made with softly grilled pepper, zucchini a smooth ricotta and white wine sauce and finally crunchy Parma ham.... what else can you wish for?

Rolled roast with pistachios
Delicious and easy rolled roast. Easy to make but it takes some oven time, which is actually perfect as this gives you time to interact with your guests. Serve with small potatoes with rosemary from the oven! Enjoy.

Homemade blind finch
Oke, honestly I am not so sure if blind finch is the right name for this dish but anyway it is a delicious home made meat dish with lovely Italian ham, some minced meat and a small taste of summer! Definitely worth trying it out for yourself.

Chicken with parma ham and sage
The combination of meat wrapped in parma ham with sage is originally coming from Italy with it's famous veal in parma ham or Saltimbocca. This version is more for an every day meal with chicken fillets and a sage-butter instead of a white wine sauce. This is a perfect dish if you want to create something special with little effort.
