Easy and delicious fish dish! I just love this combination. You can always make it a bit more fancy by making your own herbal cheese instead of using a ready to go herbal cheese however sometimes it is nice to cook something delicious in an easy way.
Spinach pie..... I remember this was always a huge challenge... lovely and very tasty but challenging to get it right! It was always too wet or too dry. But in the end the taste matters right, and that was always really good. I do not remember the recipe so I created my own but I did steal the idea of my mom of putting the brie on top. This one was delicious and had a perfect structure. Definitely worth making!!!
A nice wrap for lunch, makes your lunch just a little bit more special! Whether it's a working lunch or a pick-nick, since wraps are easy to prep for yourself to take them on the run you can bring them anywhere!
