Tuna tartare with a lime-mayonnaise
Raw tuna, smooth and soft avocado and a lime-mayonnaise; the perfect combination of flavours. Most important is to make sure that your tune is really fresh, you do not want to get sick of course ;) but also for the taste it is so much nicer if the tuna is really fresh. This starter is really is to make and due to the combination of flavours and colours on the plate it is a raising star.

Zucchini with tuna
Fish-vegetable tapa but also a perfect veggie dish for the BBQ. Just wrap the rolls into a small piece of thin foil and fry them on the BBQ for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Tuna Carpaccio with Aioli, Avocado mousse and Mango coulis
Tuna carpaccio!! This is the best, just make sure you are using really fresh tuna! This dish will definitely impress your friends and family. It's not hard to make however if you make all the dips freshly yourself, it does take a bit of time. It's a very colorful dish and tastes the same! Perfect starter for your Christmas dinner! Enjoy!
