Tonight we’ll have a nice seasonal salad with mixed mushrooms, almonds and grilled zucchini.
The first dish that I made in the oven is this oven dish with cod fish. After the move I had some time to visit the fresh market and I got some fresh cod. Delicious!
Zucchini, the green vegetable that looks a bit like cucumber but tastes completely different. The real zucchini taste comes out when you heat the zucchini and add a bit of olive oil on top.
