Tasty, non-standard vegetarian tarte flambe!

Ingredients for 1 tarte flambé:

  • 1 crust for Tarte Flambé
  • 1 pear
  • 25 gr blue cheese like Roquefort
  • Balsamico syrup
  • 100 ml crème fraiche
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat the oven to 240 degrees.

Put the crust for the Tarte Flambé on the griddle. Cover the crust with the crème fraiche, make sure you cover all the edges. Grate some nutmeg on top and add some pepper as well.

Peel the pear, cut the pear into thin slices and put them on the crème fraiche. Crumble the blue cheese on top of the pear and garnish with some balsamico syrup.

Bake the Tarte Flambé in the oven for about 5-8 minutes.
