Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 broccoli
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 g fusilli
  • 75 g cheddar cheese
  • fresh parsley
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp flour

How to prepare it:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Cut the florets from the broccoli and bring them to a boil in plenty of water. As soon as the water boils, add the fusilli and cook for 10 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and peel and chop the onion. Finely chop the parsley. Grate the cheeses.

Place a large pan with a thick bottom on the heat. Heat some butter in here and add the flour as soon as the butter is hot. Stir well so that everything clumps together. Now add a dash of the milk and continue to stir, everything will clump together again. Continue repeating this process until you get a soft sauce without lumps. Stir in the cheddar and half the Parmesan, mustard, and parsley.

Drain the fusilli and broccoli. Stir the tomatoes, tuna, onion, and parsley into the broccoli and fusilli. Put the pasta mixture in a large baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over it. Sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and the remainder of the breadcrumbs. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
