Delicious lunch wrap with softly melted cheese and warm tuna.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 wraps
  • 1 can of tuna
  • fresh spinach
  • grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of black olives
  • 1 spring onion
  • pepper
  • powdered paprika
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of crème fraiche

How to prepare it:

Rinse the tuna, put the tuna with the pepper, creme fraiche, powdered paprika and lemon juice of the lemon into a mixing bowl. Stir well.

Chop the spring onion. Cut the olives into small rings.

Put the wrap open on a plate. Fill the wrap with the tuna, the spring onions, the olives, the grated cheese and a bit of spinach.

Fold the wrap and put it in a heated grill. Grill the wrap for 5 minutes.
