The BBQ Season has started! I am looking forward and will be sharing several BBQ recipes in the upcoming period kicking of with veggie and herb skewers! Enjoy!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh sage
  • Sea salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Peel the garlic and cut it over half, remove the carrot and squeeze the garlic into the olive oil. Let the garlic pull into the oil for a while.

Cut the zucchini and eggplant into 0.5 cm slices. Cut the peppers into pieces of 2 by 2 cm and cut the mushrooms over half. String the vegetables to the skewers.

Finely chop the herbs.

Place the skewers in a deep bowl or on a plate and brush with the garlic oil. Sprinkle the herbs and salt over them.

Now place the skewers on the whole BBQ and grill the vegetables for 10 minutes.
