Nice tasty wraps with chicken!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 100 gr salad
  • 4-6 wraps
  • pine nuts
  • salt and pepper
  • powdered paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley
  • 1/2 red onion

How to prepare it:

Peel the garlic, cut it in half and remove the root. Squeeze the garlic in a bowl, add the Greek yogurt. Squeeze out the lemon and add the lemon juice and some salt and pepper to the yogurt. Chop the parsley and add the parsley as well. Stir well.

Chop the onion into thin slices. Get the salad and the pine nuts ready.

Cut the chicken into small pieces as well. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and powdered paprika on top of the chicken. Put a frying pan on the stove. Melt some butter and add the chicken pieces. Fry the chicken pieces for about 10 min. Stir well.

Take the chicken from the stove and pull the chicken apart till you have thin treads.

Prep the soft shells according to the instructions of the package. I always prepare them in the micro wave.

Now you can prep the wraps. Start with a layer of chicken. Add some onions and pine nuts. Put a bit of the garlic sauce on top and finish with some salad.

Role the wrap and enjoy!
