Wrap filled with veggies and shrimps! Super nice!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 250 gr shrimps
  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  • dried dill
  • guacamole
  • fresh soft taco shells
  • fresh parsley

How to prepare it:

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the bell peppers in thin slices as well. Peel the onion and cut them into thin slices too. Finally, cut the steak into slices as well.

Put the crème fraiche into a small bowl, add some dill, salt and pepper. Stir well and put the mixture aside.

Prep the guacamole, you can use this recipe for it.

Put a baking pan on the stove and add a bit of butter. Start with frying the onion and the mushrooms. Add the bell pepper slices after 5 minutes, fry for another couple of minutes and add the shrimps. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and fry for another 5 minutes. Stir once in a while.

Prep the soft shells according to the instructions of the package. I always prepare them in the micro wave.

Finish with filling the shells. Put the veggies in a line, in the middle of the shell. Put the shrimps on top. Add the crème fraiche mixture and the guacamole. Finish off with a bit of chopped fresh parsley. Repeat this for all the taco’s.

Roll the taco’s firmly and serve them to you guests.
