Time to spoil yourself next weekend: nicely filled wraps! (lunch-tip!)

Wraps with smoked salmon and avocadomousse

Ingredients for 4 wraps:

  • 4 wraps
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of crème fraiche
  • ½ red onion
  • a handful of pine nuts
  • juice of ½ lemon.
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Start by heating the wraps in the oven or micro-wave according to the instructions on the package. Put them on a board or plate. Mash the avocado with the crème fraiche, the lemon juice and some salt and pepper. Spread the avocado mousse on top of the wrap and make sure you reach all the edges.

Put some pieces of the salmon in a straight line in the middle of the wrap. Make sure you don’t add too much salmon, you need to be able to roll up the wrap. Chop the onion and sprinkle them on top of the salmon. Fry the pine nuts without butter for approx.. 3 min. Chop them smaller and sprinkle them on top of the salmon.

Roll the wrap firmly, make sure all ingredients stay in the roll. Cut the wrap into smaller parts and you are ready to serve.
