Spicy grilled chicken wrap with avocado, tomatoes and a yogurt dressing.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • paprika powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 6 whole meal wraps
  • lemon juice
  • grated cheese

How to prepare it:

Peel the garlic clove, cut it in half and remove the root. Squeeze the garlic into a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, some lemon juice to taste, a bit of powdered paprika and some pepper. Stir well and set aside.

Sprinkle the chicken with some pepper and paprika. Cut the tomato over half and remove the seeds, cutting the tomato into thin strips. Peel the avocado, remove the kernel and cut the avocado into thin slices. Finely chop the spring onion.

Bake the chicken for about 15 minutes.

Fill the wraps with some tomato, avocado, spring onion and cheese. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place on the filling. Add a little garlic sauce and fold the wrap. Now place the wrap between the grill or in the sandwich iron for 3 minutes.
