Very tasty salad with the pure taste of the grilled peppers. The softness of the burrata, mint and olive oil make this to a great salad.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 yellow pointed peppers
  • 1 burrata
  • olive oil
  • fresh mint
  • pepper
  • sea salt

How to prepare it:

Cut the yellow pointed peppers in half and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers again in half. Put the peppers in a baking dish. Sprinkle some sea salt and pepper over it and drizzle some olive oil over it. Grill the peppers for about 20 minutes until they slowly turn brown.  Meanwhile, cut the mint.

Serve the lukewarm peppers with the burrata and sprinkle some sea salt, pepper, mint, and olive oil over them.
