Delicious vegetarian dish with halloumi, zucchini and pesto.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 250g zucchini pasta
  • 200g halloumi cheese
  • 1 spring onion
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese

How to prepare it:

Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Finely chop the spring onion and cut the halloumi into thin slices. Put the courgetti in a frying pan with the pesto and cream cheese. Stir well while gently heating.

Add the tomatoes to the courgetti.

Grill the halloumi on both sides until a nice grill sign signs off on the cheese. Serve the warm halloumi with the courgetti. Sprinkle the spring onion over the whole.
