Ingredients for 4 pers.:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 160 gr canned tuna
  • 50 gr black olives
  • fresh parsley
  • grated young cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat your oven at 200 degrees

Cut the zucchinis in half, cut out the seeds but make sure that you leave a small piece on both edges. That way you’re creating something like a long basket. Take out a flat oven dish, use some olive oil to grease the oven dish and put the zucchinis in the oven dish.

Rinse down the tuna and put it in a small bowl. Chop the olives and mix them with the tuna. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Chop the parsley and add it to the tuna mix. Mix everything well and fill up the zucchinis with the tuna mix.

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and put the zucchinis in the oven. Let them bake for 25 minutes before your serve them.
