Fennel-tomato curry with Israeli couscous

Delicious vegetarian curry with tomatoes and fennel and a smooth but spicy sauce based on ginger and saffron. If you prefer, you can also make the curry with a bit of coconut milk instead of cooking cream.

I love pasta with Vongole, the regular version with garlic, parsley and chili is already lovely but this version with fennel and Ricard I feel is even a bit better! It's just got that extra touch plus it looks amazing!

Fish stews are the best! Especially with a nice mash and tasty sauce. The best part of a fish stew is that it's easy to make, doesn't take much time and gives a lovely taste. If you are making a stew with meat it always takes a couple of hours whilst fish stews are done within 30 minutes.
