Soft goat cheese works really well in sweet as well as in savory snacks. Plus this gives you a nice divers snack platter. Please find three different types of goat cheese snacks: one sweet with caramelized pecans, and two savory with sun dried tomatoes and olives and with fresh herbs.

Broccoli mash

A non-traditional mash with broccoli. This maybe sounds a bit strange but the combination with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto really works. The mash is in essence vegetarian however if you like a touch of meat, I have described the option of adding grilled pancetta for that extra flavour.

Christmas special: Rolled roast

I love making these a bit more challenging dishes! I think it is great to fill meat with different types of flavours and see how that works together. This is a great dish for Christmas btw since you can prep the whole dish up to the step that you put it in the oven.
