Delicious vegetarian 'stew'! One of the benefits of cooking vegetarian and especially when it comes to stews is that it is ready much quicker then stew dishes with meat plus it is just really tasty! This specific vegetarian dish with mushrooms and a fling of anise is one of my personal favorites.
